During July Fredone Fone will paint a mural on a community building in Lukicevo.

Building was chosen because it has one of the oldest movie theaters in the area. Currently it is waiting to be renovated. With this action we hope to bring the city of Zrenjanin to the attention on this historical and cultural heritage.

Fredone Fone was born in Bom Jesus do Itabapoana, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. When he was one year old he moved, with its parents, to the neighborhood Serra Dourada, in the suburb of the state of Espirito Santo, Brazil. There he helped his father, working as a bricklayer and wall painter, for more than ten years, since he was ten years old. In 1995 he knew skateboarding, graffiti and hip-hop culture. Inspired by suburb's geometry - using techniques and materials that he often used to use while helping his father - Fredone speaks about the dream and the struggle for home ownership, in the same time he talks about hip-hop as survival tactic of black youth in big cities.
