This summers besides mural painting we will have lectures on bread history, bread making and tasting and kitchen experiments.
Joana will be continuing her Ferment research through series of talks, skill sharing and some cooking. We had a chance to talk to a group of wonderful ladies who shared with us their memories of bread making tradition in Vojvodina. Joana will be taking this knowledge and continuing to research on political implication of wheat and bread.
